Written by Hitesh Kewalya Shubh Mangal Zyadaa Saavdhan was definitely difficult to write and develop the screenplay accordingly. Also, it was important to entertain the audience and the trailer amazes the viewer for sure.
The trailer reveals that the plot is set in a small town and Karthik played by Ayushman Khurana and Aman played by Jeetu Bhaiya fall in love.
Begins with the questions
The trailer begins when a man is sitting along with Karthik in the car and ends up asking “Kab decide kia gay banaa hai” and to which Karthik replies “Apne kab decide kia keep apko gay NAHI banana?”
That very first dialogue in the trailer defines how the character played by Ayushmaan accepts the truth and owns it without being ashamed of.
We see the iconic DDLJ train scene getting recreated on screen.

That nose ring
The unique hairs and that nose rings helps Ayushmaan to get in the character totally and make us believe that the guy we are watching in the trailer is really gay and not the Ayushmaan we know.
The new lane of Hindi cinema
This trailer for sure brings the breeze of the unconventional topic which can be a little awkward for lots of audiences in India. This movie is a milestone for the mainstream Hindi cinema.
The gay couple:
Karthik doesn’t step back until he marries Aman. Aman tries to convince his parents confessing that whenever he notices Karthik his pupil grows big (dilated eyes). Oh yeah! As the science of love explains whenever we see someone we love our pupils gets enlarged. This man is in love.
The actor to look out for
Those who know Jeetu bhaiya from the TVF hit “Kota factory” will get shocked by the leap of faith this actor has carried to stir his career graph to another level.
How the trailer makes you feel?
It doesn’t matter who you love. The society around you will slap your faith umpteen times. This movie might show how each one struggles to prove the family and society. It doesn’t matter if it is between different gender or otherwise.
Watch this space as we will bring the movie review on the 21st of February.
